The Saint Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival is advising all Ultra-Premium Experience (UPE) ticket holders that Electronic Parking Pass Tickets issued via email must be exchanged for official physical parking passes prior to arrival at the venue.
Festival organisers are reminding patrons that ONLY physical parking passes will be accepted at Police Checkpoints and designated parking access locations during festival events. Electronic copies, screenshots, photographs, or forwarded digital versions will not be honoured for entry.
Parking pass collection is currently taking place at:
PROMOTECH
Orange Grove Plaza
Bois D’Orange
Collection Schedule:
Wednesday, May 6 – Saturday, May 9
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Patrons are strongly encouraged to collect their physical passes early to avoid delays and congestion on event days.
