Beginning Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, REV-UP SLU will premiere a new programme “Mind Matters” — a weekly one-hour programme dedicated to mental health awareness, education, and support. Hosted by Dr. Julius Gilliard, Mind Matters will air every Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., offering listeners expert insights, practical advice, and open discussions on the issues that affect minds and lives across the island. Each week, the programme will tackle topics ranging from suicide prevention, and stress management, to youth mental health, relationships, workplace well-being, and more — while also aligning with important international awareness days such as World Suicide Prevention Day, World Mental Health Day, International Women’s Day, and Men’s Health Week among others. The goal of Mind Matters is simple yet powerful: to create a trusted space where mental health is demystified, stigma is challenged, and every listener feels empowered to take care of their mind.

We respectfully ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
